The Green Building Division is headquartered in Suzhou, with branches in Beijing and Shanghai. The head office, Tongren Architectural Design (Suzhou) Co., Ltd., has a history of 36 years since its establishment in 1987 and was acquired by Safe Heaven Group in 2020. It possesses Class A design qualifications in the construction industry (construction engineering), Class B qualifications in power transmission engineering, transformer engineering, and Class B qualifications in new energy power generation. Relying on local advantages, it has participated in the design and EPC general contracting projects of various types of projects, including industrial, residential, commercial, and medical. Currently, Tongren Design is leveraging Building Integrated Photovoltaics (BIPV) to expand downstream into photovoltaic power station design, installation, investment, and construction of zero-carbon parks. It is exploring the "architectural design + photovoltaics" industry path and business model, fully leveraging the architectural planning and design as a traffic entrance to form a differentiated competitive advantage in the industry.
