Design concept
Haimei International (Kunshan) Intelligent Robot Industrial Park is located at the gateway of the intelligent robot industry innovation cluster in Lujia Town, Kunshan, facing Shanghai to the east and Suzhou to the west. Under the national policy of promoting the integration of the Yangtze River Delta region, the base has significant advantages in terms of region and industry. Different from traditional industrial land, it is classified as a new type of industrial land, allowing balanced mixed functions within an appropriate proportion. In addition, high-rise industrial buildings can be built. Therefore, we hope that it is not just an industrial park, but a vibrant smart community that integrates innovative offices, research laboratories, high-standard factories, retail, apartments, life support facilities, green landscapes and other functions. We hope that it can become a sustainable and attractive green industrial park, and eventually become a model for the "industrial upgrading" project in the Yangtze River Delta region. The designer designed elements including interfaces and internal streets according to the logic of the city. The main road facing the city on the west side is the main showcase of the city. Integrating with the urban greening, it will become a regional landmark and attraction. People are guided to the park from here. The high-rise buildings on the west side, used for R&D, supporting facilities and apartment functions, not only serve the park itself, but also extend their influence to the entire urban area. In the park, multiple robot R&D industrial clusters are formed through continuous and permeable landscape axes and courtyards. Through clever layout and stacking volumes, these buildings shape the elegant city skyline and urban space form, creating a regional landmark. In the future, in the bustling city, this "green industrial park" will become a paradise for technological innovation for park enterprises, providing production, office space and leisure oasis.
