The Third Session of the Third Staff Representative Conference and Advanced Commendation Meeting of Saifutian Wire Rope Division was successfully held

On April 9 (Tuesday), the Third Session of the Third Staff Representative Conference and Advanced Commendation Conference of the Cable Division of Saifutian Group was successfully held in Wuxi. Group Chairman Fan Qing, Group President and General Manager of the Cable Division Lin Zhuying, Labor Union Chairman Hu Wenlin, Chief Engineer and Party Committee Secretary Yang Yuemin, League Branch Secretary Gao Zhengkai and representatives of advanced employees from the Party, Government, Labor and League attended and participated in the meeting.

The meeting reported on the 2023 work report and 2024 work ideas of the Cable Division, reviewed and passed four conference resolutions including the "2024 Wage Collective Negotiation Agreement", and commended and awarded advanced employees from the Party, Government, Labor and League in 2023.

The conference started from the immediate interests of employees, listened to the suggestions of employee representatives, and successfully passed the resolution on the 2024 wage collective negotiation agreement, the resolution on the 2024 labor safety and health agreement, the resolution on the 2024 occupational disease prevention and control agreement, and the resolution on the 2024 special protection agreement for female employees.

Comrade Lin Zhuying, President of the Group and General Manager of the Wire Rope Division, made a work report entitled "Dragon Soars Four Seas to Open a New Situation, Forge Ahead to Plan a Chinese Chapter, and Strive to Complete All the Goals and Tasks This Year" to all employee representatives on the work of the Wire Rope Division in 2023 and the work ideas in 2024.
