From March 21st to 24th, as a member of the China Steel Structure Association, Saifutian participated in the China Wire Products Industry Green Manufacturing and Intelligent Manufacturing Promotion Conference hosted by the association, and conducted extensive exchanges with member units on topics such as learning and implementing the latest "Raw Materials Industry Digital Transformation Work Plan (2024-2026)" and the digital transformation of the wire products industry.
At the meeting, Gao Zhengkai, Sales Director of Elevator Ropes and Deputy Chief Engineer of Saifutian Wire Rope Division, took the theme of "Saifutian's Road to Digital Transformation" and put forward unique insights on the background and goals of Saifutian's digital transformation, hardware upgrades and software innovations, problems encountered in the digital transformation process, achievements at this stage, and prospects for the future.

By creating a highly integrated and flexible intelligent production system, it has carried out a comprehensive intelligent transformation of production equipment and successfully won the title of "Wuxi Smart Workshop" in 2021; In terms of software innovation, the Group introduced tools such as U9, MES and DingTalk to upgrade the digital management system, achieving efficient collaboration, refined production, intelligent decision-making and convenient communication for the Group; In terms of product optimization, the Steel Rope Division drafted and launched the technical specifications for green design product evaluation and the group standard for steel wire ropes for elevators, integrated the concept of life cycle assessment into the product development stage, and improved the environmental performance of product design through digital means, and successfully obtained the "Green Factory" certification in Jiangsu Province; In terms of business transformation, the Steel Rope Division cooperated with the Shanghai University team to jointly develop an online production defect intelligent detection system for steel wire ropes, and introduced internationally accepted environmental management standards into daily operations through the continuous implementation of ISO 14001 environmental management system certification, providing strong technical support for the Group's transformation to intelligent manufacturing.
With the recent joint release of the "Work Plan for Digital Transformation of Raw Materials Industry (2024-2026)" by nine departments including the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, the National Development and Reform Commission, the Ministry of Finance, the Ministry of Natural Resources, the Ministry of Ecology and Environment, the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission, the State Administration for Market Regulation, the Chinese Academy of Sciences, and the Chinese Academy of Engineering, digital transformation of enterprises and deepening of digital technology empowerment applications have become the main trends of current development.
